Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Marvic Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, technology, and business solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, service interruptions, and disputes are handled across all Marvic Hub services.

By purchasing or using any Marvic Hub service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Refund Policy

Marvic Hub provides strategy-driven services including, but not limited to, SEO, digital marketing, automation, AI solutions, CRM setup, website development, and consulting.

Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our services, which begin immediately upon onboarding, all payments made to Marvic Hub are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Clients are responsible for reviewing service details, deliverables, timelines, and scope before submitting payment. Failure to review or understand the service does not constitute grounds for a refund.


2. SEO Services Policy

Marvic Hub SEO services are delivered as professional marketing efforts, not guaranteed outcomes. Search engine performance is influenced by multiple external factors beyond our control, including algorithm updates, competition, website history, hosting stability, and third-party platforms.

Important Disclosures:

  • SEO results are not guaranteed

  • Rankings, traffic, impressions, and conversions may fluctuate

  • Timelines vary depending on industry, competition, and website condition

All SEO payments are non-refundable once service has commenced, regardless of performance outcomes.


3. Social Media Management Policy

 

A. Refunds

All social media management services—including strategy, content creation, posting, scheduling, and community management—are non-refundable once initiated.

B. Cancellation

  • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel social media services

  • Services will continue until the end of the active billing cycle

  • Payments already made remain non-refundable


4. AI Receptionist Services Policy

 

A. Setup Fees

All AI Receptionist setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

B. Monthly Service Fees

Monthly AI Receptionist service fees are non-refundable, as they cover system usage, infrastructure, and ongoing operational costs.

 

C. Contract Term

AI Receptionist services require a minimum three (3) month commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

D. Cancellation

  • 30-day written notice is required

  • Services remain active until the end of the paid billing period

  • No refunds for prepaid or unused months

  • Early termination may require payment of remaining contract obligations


5. CRM Setup & Automation Policy

 

A. Setup Fees

All CRM setup fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Workflow automations

  • Pipeline and deal setup

  • Integrations

  • Data structuring and migration

  • Custom configurations

B. Cancellation

Once CRM setup work has begun, cancellations do not qualify for refunds, regardless of project stage.


6. Website Design & Development Policy

 

A. Payment Requirement

Website design and development projects require 100% upfront payment prior to project initiation.

 

B. Refunds

Due to immediate labor allocation, creative work, and development resources, all website-related payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

Delays caused by the client (content, approvals, feedback) do not constitute grounds for a refund.

 


7. Marvic Hub Right to Terminate Services

Marvic Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion if:

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided

  • Services are used for unethical, illegal, or harmful purposes

  • The client violates Marvic Hub policies or third-party platform rules

  • There is abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behavior toward staff

  • The client violates applicable Canadian or U.S. digital marketing laws

Termination under these conditions does not entitle the client to any refund.


8. Payment Failure & Chargeback Policy

Marvic Hub may suspend or terminate services if:

  • A credit card payment fails

  • Invoices become overdue

  • A payment is reversed, blocked, or disputed

  • A bank transfer is returned or rejected

  • A chargeback is initiated

Process:

  • One (1) notice will be issued via email or phone

  • If payment is not resolved within three (3) business days, services may be terminated

  • Marvic Hub is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from service suspension due to payment failure


9. Dispute Resolution

 

A. Good-Faith Resolution

Clients agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication with Marvic Hub.

 

B. Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be governed by:

  • Ontario, Canada jurisdiction (for Canadian clients)

C. Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes shall proceed through:

  1. Mediation

  2. Binding arbitration, in accordance with applicable Canadian or U.S. arbitration rules

D. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Marvic Hub may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Submission of all records to the payment processor

  • Administrative and dispute handling fees

  • Potential legal escalation


10. Exceptional Circumstances

At its sole discretion, Marvic Hub may offer:

  • Partial service credits

  • Courtesy extensions

Such accommodations are not guaranteed and do not set precedent.
