Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Marvic Hub, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital marketing and business solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds, guarantees, cancellations, and disputes are handled for all Marvic Hub services.

By using Marvic Hub services, you agree to the terms below.

  1. General Refund Policy

Marvic Hub provides strategy-driven marketing, development, automation, and technology services. Due to the nature of our work, beginning immediately upon onboarding, all payments are non-refundable, except where specified through our SEO Guarantee Program or other sections below.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their service plan and asking questions before making payment.

  1. SEO Guaranteed Results Policy

We proudly stand behind our SEO services. The guarantees below apply only under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum 3-month contract
  • Full upfront payment OR monthly advance payment by credit card
  • Full cooperation (content submission, access, approvals)
  • No major website changes without notice
  • No interruptions to hosting or domain services
  • Baseline SEO audit completed by Marvic Hub at the start of service

Performance is evaluated on the last day of the 3rd month, compared to the initial audit metrics.

  1. SEO Starter Package, Guaranteed Results

Guaranteed Results:

  • Minimum 10% increase in organic impressions within 60 days
  • At least 5% growth in organic traffic compared to the previous month

If results are not met, you are eligible for:

  • 25% Refund OR
  • 1 Month of Additional SEO Services at No Cost
  1. Growth SEO Package,  Guaranteed Results

Guaranteed Results:

  • Minimum 35% increase in impressions within 90 days
  • At least 20% growth in organic traffic

If results are not met:

  • 40% Refund OR
  • 1 Month of SEO Services for Free
  1. Premium SEO Package — Guaranteed Results

Guaranteed Results:

  • Minimum 35% increase in impressions and 20% growth in organic traffic within 90 days.
  • Visible improvement in keyword rankings and click-through rate (CTR).

If results are not met:

  • 50% Refund OR
  • 2 Months of SEO Services for Free

D. Custom SEO Package,  Guaranteed Results

Guaranteed Results:

  • Minimum 70% increase in organic impressions within 90 days
  • At least 50% organic traffic growth
  • Continuous improvements in rankings and engagement metrics

If results are not met:

  • 70% Refund OR
  • 3 Months of SEO Services for Free
  1. Social Media Management Policy

A. Refunds

Social media management services—including content creation, posting, and community management—are strictly non-refundable.

B. Cancellation Requirements

  • A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.
  • Services remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Payments already made are non-refundable.
  1. AI Receptionist Policy

A. Setup Fees

AI Receptionist setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

B. Monthly Service Fees

All monthly AI receptionist fees are non-refundable, as the service involves usage costs and system maintenance.

C. Contract Term

AI Receptionist service requires a minimum 3-month contract.

D. Cancellation Policy

  • 30-day written cancellation notice required
  • Service continues until the end of the paid billing cycle
  • No refunds for prepaid months
  • Early termination requires payment of remaining contract months
  1. CRM Setup Policy

A. CRM Setup Fees

CRM setup fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Workflow automations
  • Pipeline setup
  • Integrations
  • Data structuring
  • Custom configurations

B. Cancellation

Once CRM setup work has started, cancellation does not qualify for a refund.

  1. Website Design Policy

A. Upfront Payment Requirement

Website design projects require 100% upfront payment before work begins.

B. Refunds

Since website design involves immediate labor and resource allocation, all payments are non-refundable after project kickoff.

  1. Marvic Hub Service Cancellation Rights

Marvic Hub reserves the right to cancel service at any time if:

  • The client provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • The account is used for unethical, illegal, or harmful activity
  • The client violates terms, policies, or platform rules
  • There is abusive or hostile behavior toward staff
  • The client violates U.S. or Canadian digital marketing compliance laws

Payment Failure Cancellation

Marvic Hub may cancel services if:

  • Credit card charges fail
  • Payments are overdue
  • A payment is reversed, blocked, or disputed
  • A bank transfer bounces
  • A chargeback is filed

Process:

  1. Marvic Hub will send one (1) notice via email or phone.
  2. If payment is NOT corrected within 3 business days from the notice day, services will be terminated.
  3. Marvic Hub is not responsible for losses caused by service cancellation due to failed payments.
  4. Dispute Resolution 

A. Good-Faith Resolution

Clients agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith with Marvic Hub before pursuing legal action.

B. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be handled under:

  • Ontario, Canada jurisdiction (if the client is in Canada)

C. Binding Arbitration

Before filing any lawsuit, both parties agree to:

  • Mediation → If unresolved, then:
  • Binding arbitration, following Canadian or U.S. arbitration rules

D. Chargebacks

A chargeback filed without first contacting Marvic Hub may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Submission of all documentation to the bank
  • An additional administrative fee
  • Legal escalation if necessary
  1. Exceptional Circumstances

Marvic Hub may, at its sole discretion, provide:

  • Partial refunds
  • Service credits
  • Courtesy extensions

This is not guaranteed and depends on the situation.
